I got these little guys today and I am SO pumped. New Balance 860 is where it is.
At this point, I'll take or do anything to continue to fix my stride, which apparently looked like a jogging mall walker.
I was in desperate needs of some new running shoes (my last pair was bought in 2008! YIKES!)
Some days I feel great as I hit the pavement, other times I feel like I'm going to barf and just want to go home.
I'm learning my body.
What I can eat, and what I can't.
When I can run, and when I can't.
I'm getting there, but it's totally trial and error.
Any advice?
